Background: 1) I can pull a motor in roughly 4 hours and reinstalll it in 6 hours. That's from start to finish and making sure everything is correct, and not just doing it to break records. So with that said, pulling the motor isn't a big issue. 2) My turbos have roughly 90k miles on them and haven't showed any signs of oil leakage and doesn't make unusual noises. 3) I am planning on a rebuild of my motor soon.Big question: Should I upgrade my turbos right now? If I do, I will use Sport 500s. Things to consider: 1) My turbos may be good, so they may still last. 2) However, because JWT (or any vendor that sells the turbos) require a core charge, if I wait until the turbos go bad, there is a chance that they may not take the turbos if the housings are bad. In this case, I might have to eat the core charge. 3) I don't have a goal, but I don't intend to stop future modifications. On the other hand, I don't plan to go beyond the capabilities of Sport 500s. 4) Although I don't mind engine pulls, it still is a chore. Back to the question, should I upgrade now or wait?
